Pertamina's Emergency Fuel Delivery Service Eases Holiday Travel

Strategic Deployment During Peak Season

During the New Year holiday period, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga activated its Motorist Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS) 135 to provide critical assistance to motorists stranded due to fuel depletion on toll roads and congested routes. This emergency service was specifically designed to address the needs of travelers during peak travel periods when traffic congestion is particularly severe.

Service Implementation and Statistics

The PDS 135 service has been operational throughout the holiday period, with 150 motorists strategically positioned at various high-traffic locations including KM 130A Cipali Toll Road, Rest Area KM 57A, Cikunir area, and Rest Area KM 166A. As of the latest update, the service has successfully completed 53 delivery transactions, totaling 905 liters of fuel. The fuel delivered included Pertamax and Dex Series products, provided free of charge to stranded motorists.

Customer Experience and Feedback

One satisfied customer, Kris from Tangerang, shared his positive experience with the service. While traveling to Tegal, Kris found himself running low on fuel at KM 21 on the MBZ Toll Road. With time constraints and unable to reach a rest area, he contacted Pertamina's emergency service through their Contact Center 135. "The service was very helpful. In a short time, I was able to refuel with Pertamax without having to go to a rest area. For drivers, if you run out of fuel, don't worry, just call 135 and Pertamina officers will come," Kris said, expressing his gratitude to Pertamina's motorists.
