The Pertapreneur Aggregator (PAG) 2025 program is making significant strides in enhancing the capabilities of Indonesian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food sector. By focusing on production standards, quality control, and operational excellence, the program is helping these businesses meet industrial standards. This initiative is crucial for improving the competitiveness of local MSMEs and contributing to national food security.
The PAG 2025 program provides comprehensive support to selected MSMEs through various stages of development. Initially, participants undergo an online Business Acceleration phase, followed by an intensive Business Acceleration & Scaling Up program featuring mentorship from esteemed institutions such as Universitas Gadjah Mada. The ten champion MSMEs selected for this program receive tailored guidance on business strategy development, financial planning, and operational strengthening.
One of the notable success stories from the PAG 2025 program is Imago Raw Honey from Bogor, which has successfully developed functional honey products based on research and development. Through the program's mentorship, Imago Raw Honey achieved HACCP certification in December 2025, marking a significant milestone in ensuring food safety and quality. The company's owner, Henry, highlighted that the program's support significantly enhanced his business's management and operational capacity.
The PAG 2025 program is structured into multiple phases, starting with online Business Acceleration, followed by intensive mentoring and culminating in on-site visitations in January 2026. During these visitations, assessors will validate the businesses' improvement plans against their actual operational capabilities, including assets, production capacity, and inventory management. This thorough assessment will help finalize the Objective and Key Results (OKR) for the participating MSMEs, ensuring they are well-prepared for future growth and potential aggregation through collaboration and business development schemes.
The PAG 2025 program aligns with the government's Asta Cita agenda, particularly in supporting food security and enhancing public health. By empowering MSMEs to produce high-quality, safe, and competitive products, the program contributes to the overall resilience of the national food system. As Vice President Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina (Persero), Muhammad Baron, noted, strengthening MSMEs is crucial for achieving these national objectives and ensuring the availability of beneficial products for consumers.
