PT PGN Tbk, as Pertamina's Gas Subholding, has deployed its 2025 Christmas and New Year (Nataru) Task Force to ensure the security and reliability of natural gas distribution to over 817,000 household customers. The task force will operate from November 13, 2025, to January 11, 2026, coordinating with Pertamina Oil and Gas Holding and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. PGN projects Compressed Natural Gas (BBG) distribution to reach 24,500 LSP, a 34% increase from 2024 Nataru period.

PGN's Corporate Secretary, Fajriyah Usman, emphasized that the company has prepared comprehensive operational security measures. These include strengthening Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) aspects to ensure that customers' natural gas needs are met satisfactorily during the holiday period. The task force coordinates closely with the Pertamina Oil and Gas Holding Nataru Task Force and the Joint Operations Command Post of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
PGN has ensured that all its infrastructure is operating at full capacity. This includes pipeline networks, SPBG, LNG terminals, and the Contact Center 135 service. The readiness of these facilities is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of community activities during the Christmas and New Year period.
