PLN Indonesia Power (PLN IP) has taken a significant step in Indonesia's energy transition by launching a biomass marketplace platform. This digital system, developed by PLN Energi Primer Indonesia (PLN EPI), connects local biomass suppliers - including farmers, cooperatives, and MSMEs - directly with power plants using cofiring technology. The platform has been successfully implemented at PLTU Adipala in Cilacap, managed by Unit Bisnis Pembangkitan (UBP) Jawa Tengah 2 Adipala.
