According to Tri Winarno, Acting Director General of Electricity at the Ministry, tariff adjustments for non-subsidized customers are typically conducted every three months. This practice is governed by Ministerial Regulation No. 7 of 2024 concerning Electricity Tariffs provided by PT PLN.
