Energy Consumption Trends

The increase in charging sessions was accompanied by a corresponding rise in energy consumption. By the 13th day of the Nataru period in 2025/2026, PLN had already supplied 3,288,045 kWh of electricity for EV charging. This amount is approximately 2.8 times higher than the total energy consumed during the entire Nataru period in 2024/2025, which stood at 1,174,350 kWh ¹

The significant growth in EV charging activity during Nataru 2025/2026 underscores the increasing adoption of electric vehicles in Indonesia.
