According to Novel, the merger process is advancing according to schedule. "We are still in the process, both individually and collectively among the BUMN Karya companies involved. We coordinate regularly with Danantara and the consultants involved, and the progress is currently on track," Novel stated during a press conference at Plaza PP, Jakarta.
