Shell Indonesia Continues Negotiations with Pertamina Over Fuel Supply

Shell Indonesia has not yet finalized a deal with Pertamina Patra Niaga to purchase imported fuel due to ongoing negotiations regarding commercial aspects of the supply. According to Ingrid Siburian, President Director & Managing Director Mobility Shell Indonesia, the company is still in discussions with Pertamina.

Maintaining Operations Amid Delays

Despite the delay, Shell Indonesia is working with various parties to ensure that fuel at its stations remains available according to operational safety standards and global quality guidelines. The company has apologized to customers for the inconvenience caused by the supply chain disruption.

Current Service Status

Shell's gas stations continue to operate, offering products such as Shell V-Power Diesel, Shell Select, Shell Recharge, workshop services, and Shell lubricants. The company is prioritizing customer service while negotiations continue.
