. This decision is in accordance with the Minister of Public Works Decision No. 1325/KPTS/M/2025 dated November 25, 2025, which regulates the adjustment of toll rates for motor vehicles on the Prof. Dr. Ir. Soedijatmo toll road.

Historical Context and Regulatory Framework

This will be the second tariff adjustment since August 2023, following the regulatory mandate to review and adjust toll rates every two years based on inflation rates ¹

. The legal basis for this adjustment is found in Article 48 paragraph (3) of Law No. 38/2004 concerning Roads and Article 68 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation No. 15/2005 regarding Toll Roads, as amended by Government Regulation No. 17/2021.
