Telkom has signed an agreement to spin off its wholesale fiber connectivity business to Infranexia, a move valued at Rp 35.3 trillion. This represents 50% of the total fiber optic assets that Infranexia will manage, with plans to reach a total value of Rp 90 trillion.
Meanwhile, Indosat is set to separate its fiber optic assets into a new entity called FiberCo, with an estimated value of Rp 14.6 trillion. This initiative has already attracted significant investment, with Arsari Group and Northstar confirming their participation.
