The construction project, located at Jl. Penjernihan II No.10, Bendungan Hilir, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat, is expected to be completed within 640 calendar days. WEGE's Director of Operations II, Dwi Purnomo, stated that the company is targeting to finish the construction work within 590 calendar days through an accelerated scheme, followed by a 365-day maintenance period.
