The focus of WIKA's efforts is on Aceh Tamiang, where the company is cleaning up public facilities and strategic infrastructure such as the Aceh Tamiang Regional Hospital, Karang Baru Elementary School, and the Darul Mukhlisin Islamic Boarding School. In North Sumatra, WIKA is normalizing the Deli River in Medan and handling and normalizing rivers in the Sibolga, Tapanuli Tengah, and Tapanuli Selatan areas.
